Our pricing is designed to give you a clear starting point before we begin. Some services have straightforward flat rates, while others depend on the size, condition, access, or scope of the work.

For services requiring a customized quote, we'll confirm the details before work begins.

2-HOUR MINIMUM

Regular Cleaning Services

One rate covers Residential/Regular Cleaning, Move In / Move Out, Post-Construction, Short-Term Rental, and Building & Rental Management.

Example: recurring clean (every 2 weeks), 1 bed / 1 bath, after initial clean $104 + GST

Example: initial clean (first visit), 1 bed / 1 bath $312–$416 + GST

Why the first clean costs more: the initial clean takes the longest because we get into everything — from wiping walls and baseboards to removing mould from your shower. After that first deep visit, it's about maintaining your home, which is faster and reflected in the lower recurring rate. Your exact initial-clean price depends on how well-maintained your home already is.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Flat call-out rate, covers a standard starting area.

Call-out (covers two 100 sq ft bedrooms + hallway) $150 flat

Additional bedroom (100 sq ft) +$50

Additional hallway +$40 each

Stairs +$5 per step

Rug or furniture piece +$50 each

Prices may vary for heavier soiling or rooms larger than 100 sq ft.

Junk Removal

Curbside pricing shown below; in-home pickups are billed hourly.

Curbside — single item $89

Curbside — full van load $399

Items inside an apartment or house $52/hr per hauler

In-home or in-apartment items are subject to a removal fee at our standard hourly rate, per hauler.

Organizing & Unpacking

4-hour minimum booking.

4-hour minimum (approx. one average kitchen) $218.40

Additional rooms or closets $52/hr per organizer

Customizable organizing products for kitchens, closets, and storage rooms available on request.

Handyman Services

Hourly, or a fixed estimate for larger jobs.

Standard rate $85/hr

Drip-Free Patio Cleaning

Flat call-out rate, covers a standard starting area.

Call-out (covers up to 100 sq ft) $262.50

Includes exterior windows, railings, floor, and wall detailing. Extra charges can apply for obstacle removal or severe soiling.

Window Cleaning

Priced per pane.

Standard pane $5/pane

Bay or commercial-sized pane $10/pane

Pressure Washing

Depends on square footage.

Call-out (covers an average driveway) $262.50

Additional square footage charges apply for siding, decks, patios, and walkways, plus extra for obstacle removal or 2nd/3rd-storey cleaning.

Security Check or Watering

Per-visit minimum.

Travel charges may apply depending on location.

Senior Care

Hourly, split by the type of support needed.

Companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep $42/hr
